Department of Curriculum and Educational Management

Welcome to the Department of Curriculum and Educational Management (CEM)! The Department of Curriculum and Educational Management (CEM) is one of the departments in the School of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences (SEHSS), which is the largest school in the University. This department offers professional courses such as Curriculum development, special methods of teaching various subject areas, Educational Media Resources, just to mention a few, to students who are supposed to be trained as undergraduate teachers and is the core of teacher education in the university. The department is endowed with a team of qualified professors, senior lecturers and lecturers who are having a repertoire of knowledge and experiences in their areas of specializations. The department also offers postgraduate courses leading to the award of Masters of Education and Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration and Management, Curriculum Studies, Planning and Economic of Education, Media and Technology, and Pedagogy in Education.
