Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology wishes to notify students of the opening dates as follows:
- ADMISSION LETTERS
- Admission letters have been sent to students through postal addresses provided by the students upon application to KUCCPS OR by the students for the Self sponsored students upon application.
- Students who have in- so- far not received their Admission letters are advised to immediately contact the undersigned.
- REPORTING DATES
- 1st Year students (2015 KCSE COHORT): GOVERNMENT SPONSORED (KUCCPS PLACED) AND SELF SPONSORED (DIRECT ENTRY) will report on 12th September, 2016.
- SCHOOL BASED STUDENTS (ALL CENTRES) will report to their respective centres for August 2016 session on 8th August, 2016.
Students are therefore advised to take note of the following:
A. REGISTRATION & COMMENCEMENT OF LECTURES
- Registration for 1st year students shall strictly be done during the first two weeks of opening.
- Registration and commencement of lectures for the school based will be on 8th August, 2016.
B. HELB LOANS
- Enquiries regarding loans and bursaries from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) may be made through the HELB website (www.helb.co.ke).
C. ACCOMMODATION
- The University has limited space for accommodation at the Bondo Main Campus to be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
D. FEES
- All semester fees MUST be paid before students are registered.
Mode of Payment: All fees should be paid to Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology in the following bank accounts:

Note
- Students will be required to bring along bank pay-in-slips during registration for receipting.
